MotorSport Vision (MSV), Europe's largest motor racing circuit operator, is currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graduate Graphic Designer to join the Head Office team at Brands Hatch in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their design career at one of the UK's most iconic venues, supporting a wide range of creative projects across both digital and print.


The Graduate Graphic Designer role at Brands Hatch is a hands-on and varied role, offering the chance to work closely with our marketing, web and social media/PR teams to develop engaging visuals that promote events and support commercial activities across the whole MSV group. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong design portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll gain valuable experience and play an important role in maintaining the professional image of the company.

Duties include:

Helping with the design and maintenance of various MSV websites Providing digital artwork for logos, social media graphics, static and animated banners, email campaigns and email templates Working with the in-house Graphics team to create print artwork including leaflets, posters, adverts for race events, race event programmes, signage, maps and documents across the company Creating motion / animated content to make our content 'come to life' Supporting the Event and Marketing teams with social media and direct marketing campaigns to promote all MSV products and events Working closely with the Graphics, Web, Marketing and PR departments on projects as required Archiving of work produced by the in-house studio into a logical electronic folder system Researching appropriate photographs and other elements for use by the in-house studio in production of adverts and other promotional items

You will be / have:

A formal qualification in Graphic Design or similar A portfolio showing a great eye for detail, layout, imagery and content curation A good standard of education, particularly in English language A proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Ideally experience in After Effects and Premier Pro Knowledge around Mobile and Desktop web usability, responsiveness and adaptive design Experience designing mobile-first experiences for a variety of outputs - across web, email and digital media Animation skills - bringing imagery and graphics to life with animation is desirable but not essential Able to adhere to the brand values, standards of quality and style points Capable of producing material of high quality to tight deadlines at short notice A knowledge of or interest in motorsport is desirable

This is a full-time, office-based role at Brands Hatch circuit in Kent, offered on a permanent 42.5 hour contract. Due to the circuit's location and limited public transport options, a full UK driving licence is essential.
