ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate HR Officer to join our People Business Partnership team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain foundational experience in Human Resources. The successful candidate will contribute to HR projects across areas such as communication, workforce operations, and data analysis, while developing valuable skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role offers a wide range of learning opportunities and hands-on experience in various areas of HR:

Support Project Coordination and Delivery

Provide administrative and logistical support for HR initiatives in areas such as organizational development, compensation, or integration. Assist in coordinating activities according to project plans and timelines. Maintain and update project documentation and status trackers.

Communication Plan and Execution

Contribute to the development and implementation of internal communication strategies. Assist with the creation of engaging content for internal platforms and newsletters. Help manage communication channels to ensure timely and effective information flow.

Reporting and Data Insights

Generate, analyze, and maintain HR reports and dashboards. Provide data insights to support evidence-based decision-making. Leverage existing HR tools and systems to extract and interpret data. Present findings in a clear, visual, and compelling format.

Workforce Operations Support

Assist with recruitment and onboarding coordination. Help maintain accurate employee data and HR records. Respond to employee inquiries and ensure alignment with HR policies and procedures. Support general HR tasks and operations as needed.

Support to Transformation

Input and implement People & Culture plans and actions (employee journey, communication, learning & upskilling, job design, surveys, data analytics, etc.) in cooperation with central and local HR, boosting Business Transformation (organization, operating model, digitalization and innovation, operational practices) and fueling SITA's sustainable growth trajectory.

Qualifications:

WHO YOU ARE

Education:A graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.

Experience:

Internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Language:

Fluency in English is required.
