This graduate internship offers an invaluable opportunity to work as an Engagement Assistant as part of the Higher Education Progression Partnership. Hepp works across South Yorkshire to encourage more children, young people, and adults to consider higher education opportunities.
As part of this role, you will:
Lead the delivery of Hepp's programmes and assist with the coordination and evaluation of the initiatives. You will also plan and prepare materials and activities, work with staff and students across the regions' secondary schools, provide accurate and impartial information to targeted young people, lead student ambassadors, create social media content and deliver presentations in addition to related administrative work including data gathering, record keeping and report writing.

The ability and confidence to engage an audience of young people is essential, alongside excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; a positive and flexible approach; and the ability to work accurately and independently.
