As we continue to scale, we're looking for a

Graduate Inventory Manager

to help support and manage our multichannel stock operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who is ready to grow in the fast-paced world of eCommerce and supply chain.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a

recent graduate

who has strong analytical skills, an interest in inventory planning, and a desire to work with stock forecasting tools and eCommerce platforms.

You will receive full training and play a key role in managing inventory across our product range and platforms, helping to ensure optimal stock levels, accurate forecasting, and seamless coordination between supply and demand.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels across marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop) and internal systems (Shopify, ERP, 3PL) Assist with demand forecasting and stock replenishment planning using historical and seasonal data Maintain accurate inventory records across all SKUs and warehouses Collaborate with the buying and operations teams on restocks, launches, and delivery schedules Support Amazon FBA shipment planning and transfers to third-party logistics (3PL) centres Generate reports on stock performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory health Analyse data to identify slow-moving or overstocked SKUs and suggest improvements Learn and work with inventory and forecasting tools to automate and streamline processes

, or a closely related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence in working with data Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables) Ambition to build a career in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain operations High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Desirable (Not Essential):

Internship or placement year experience in retail, logistics, or eCommerce Familiarity with inventory systems or tools (e.g., Mintsoft, Linnworks, NetSuite) Exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or other online sales platforms An interest in eCommerce trends, product lifecycle management, or retail analytics
