degree-qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
(or equivalent) who is early in their career - either a recent graduate or with up to a few years' industrial experience. This is a
hands-on role
that offers the opportunity to get deeply involved in the operation, maintenance, and improvement of complex production machinery.
Working closely with our experienced team, you will:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Identify and implement modifications to machines and systems to simplify processes and reduce downtime.
Work on creative engineering solutions for new challenges.
Collaborate with operations and management to support continuous improvement projects.
Play an active role in designing and testing new systems, prototypes, and process enhancements.
Essential requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Strong practical skills, with a willingness to get hands-on with machines and tools.
Analytical and creative problem-solving ability.
Self-starter with initiative and an appetite for learning.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Desirable experience (not essential):
Industrial placement, internship, or first role in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with automation, control systems, or machine design.
Knowledge of CAD or other design/engineering software.
