Graduate Lettings Negotiator

You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of lettings -- from liaising with clients and conducting viewings to negotiating tenancies and finalising agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with landlords and tenants to understand their requirements and preferences. Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing key features and benefits. Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants to achieve successful outcomes. Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and tenancy progress. Prepare and manage tenancy agreements and associated documentation. Stay informed about market trends, rental values, and local developments to provide informed advice. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless, professional experience for clients.

What We're Looking For

A recent graduate (any discipline considered -- property, business, or communications advantageous). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage with diverse clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach. A genuine interest in property and the lettings industry. Previous administrative or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
