At Exclusive Collection we are looking to develop future hoteliers, looking to progress within Hospitality on our exciting

2-year Graduate Management Programme

. Throughout the 2 years you will work in various operational departments such as Room Division, Food and Beverage and Support Services and have an opportunity to dive back into your favourite department! The role will involve a little travel and you will get to see each hotel in the collection whilst attending workshops, as a part of your programme.

Are You the Right Fit for Us?

We're looking for individuals who are passionate, driven, and ready to launch their hospitality careers. To be successful on our Graduate Management Programme, you'll need to have:

A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, with a natural flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences A relevant degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related discipline Hands-on customer-facing experience within the industry (this can include placements or internships) Access to your own transport, as our beautiful hotels are not always easily reached by public transport The right to work in the UK for the full duration of the two-year programme Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to make the most of your learning across departments
