We operate a hybrid workplace, for us this means three days in our 'share workspace' and two days from home.

If you have experience in a marketing account exec role, have a desire to pursue marketing or have worked in an in-house marketing role for a housebuilder and are keen to work in a growing and dynamic agency with clients that have exciting projects to promote, then read on!
As a valued member of our team, you will...
Be responsible for delivering for a portfolio of property clients and become the voice of the client internally, ensuring that the clients' needs and requirements are clearly understood and acting as an advocate for their brand at all times. You will be key to shaping the profile of our clients and the reputation of Antler.
The day-to-day
Taking and defining briefs
Co-ordinating the resources of the agency to deliver against the clients' requirements
Managing workflows and keeping jobs on track
liaising with the client and account managers/directors at every stage, through email, on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
Taking responsibility for the success of the job/project in terms of client satisfaction, overall quality and financial performance
Setting up jobs on our internal systems
Preparing quotes
Developing the account to secure future opportunities for growth.
Key skills
High levels of communication and written skills
A keen understanding of (and ideally experience in) the property industry
Outstanding organisation and time management, with an ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Flair for creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation
Strong copywriting and marketing mastery
An understanding of digital marketing
Commercially aware and business savvy
Service focused and sensitive to confidential information
Enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
Be happy to leave your ego at the door and understand that we're in this together - we respect each other's ideas and expertise and work collaboratively towards a common goal
Your experience and expertise
Ideally experience working in a similar role. Property experience is a bonus, but not essential - but you need to demonstrate an interest in marketing and account management
Proficiency in project management
Excellent written, spelling, and verbal communication skills
Good time management and multi-tasking skills
High level of attention to detail
The ability to stay flexible and work well under pressure

Salary: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
Start date: ASAP
Job type: Full-time, permanent (subject to a three-month trial period)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Location: Chandlers Ford, Southampton - three days in the office, two days from home (if this doesn't work for you, please talk to us, we're big advocates of flexible working)

Qualifications
Graduates with relevant degrees in marketing are desirable. However, a lack of qualifications aren't necessarily a barrier to entry if you can demonstrate strong interpersonal, project management and account management skills, a creative flair, and an interest in property.
Relevant experience
Experience of working on business to business (B2B) or business to consumer (B2C) accounts
Property experience is preferred but if you don't have property experience then agency experience necessary
Evidence of account management
Industry knowledge and contacts is beneficial
