, we're looking for a bright graduate ready to kickstart their career in recruitment. You'll help match amazing candidates with exciting roles--both contract and permanent--across multiple industries.

We are a little unique : we are a small management consultancy business, but unlike others, we source our teams from the contractor / associate market. Our leadership team has hands-on experience in leading high-impact finance transformation programmes, so we know our clients inside out. We've also built strong relationships across the contractor market --you'll help us grow them even further!

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be fully supported to learn the ropes and shine from day one. Here's a sneak peek into your future role:

Write eye-catching job posts for LinkedIn and other platforms. Headhunt! You'll be sourcing, screening, and chatting with candidates. Learn the art of interviewing and referring top talent to clients. Get to know our clients--their industry, culture, and what makes them tick. Use our tools and databases to match the right person to the right role. Manage interviews, shortlist candidates, and keep everything running smoothly. Brief candidates on roles, expectations, salary and company perks. Prepare CVs and correspondence to impress our clients. Be the go-to person for feedback, support, and advice for our candidates. Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage expectations and timelines. Track your impact-- we celebrate placements, goals, and wins. Manage candidate data responsibly within our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring full compliance with

GDPR

and data protection best practices.
