The Role

We're looking for a curious, creative, and driven Marketing Graduate to join our agile team within a fast growing, green technology company. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad marketing experience across content creation, campaign delivery, digital platforms, and brand development.


You'll work closely with the Marketing, Product and Commercial teams, supporting a wide range of activities - from social media to product marketing - and building practical experience across content, campaigns, and design.

What you'll do:

Own the companies LinkedIn calendar - drafting, designing, and deploying posts with input from stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and HR. Design assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign, Photoshop and Express), aligning with our brand guidelines and tone of voice. Collaborate closely with the Product Management to support messaging and promotion of new features and products. Work with external creative and web agencies to support project delivery Align cross-functionally with teams across the business to gather insights and translate them into compelling marketing outputs. Contribute to a variety of marketing activities including but not limited to: + Content planning and campaign execution
+ Email marketing and paid digital advertising
+ Product launches and software release communications
+ Sales enablement materials (e.g. battlecards, brochures, slide decks)
+ Tracking performance of marketing activities and use digital tools to optimise impact.

Ideally, you'll have/be:

A 2:1 degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related discipline A strong eye for design and visual communication; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools is a plus A passion for sustainability and clean technology, and a drive to make an impact within a purpose-driven business Foundation understanding of core marketing principles, channels, and digital tools A proactive mindset and enthusiasm to learn across a wide range of marketing activities Comfortable working independently, while also taking feedback and collaborating within a team Confident communicating ideas and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with tools like WordPress and Salesforce is a bonus - but a willingness to learn is essential Basic video editing or videography skills would be an advantage, but are not required
