We are excited to offer two opportunities to join our rapidly growing business as a Graduate Marketing Executive, working within our talented marketing teams. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and motivated recent Graduate, who wishes to develop a career within marketing.
The first is a varied role within our Healthcare Marketing Team. For over 25 years, apetito's Healthcare division has been serving healthcare facilities across the UK, partnering with over 700 hospitals. As the leading food provider to the health & social care sector, we are now in an exciting time, exploring how we can further develop our proposition and enter new markets within healthcare, including Staff & Visitor Dining and Paediatrics. Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Healthcare, the Graduate Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering the Healthcare Marketing Strategy. You will be responsible for driving forward key projects and campaigns across Brand Awareness, Retention and Acquisition, as well as developing our Healthcare proposition, and supporting the Healthcare sales & marketing team of over 25 people.
The second is an exciting, hands-on role within our Education Marketing Team. Serving over 30,000 pupils, apetito's more recently formed Education division is growing, and this role will play a key part in accelerating our momentum whilst supporting sustainable long-term growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Education, the Graduate Marketing Executive will support the delivery of the Education Marketing Strategy. You will be responsible for leading key marketing projects across Brand Awareness, Customer Acquisition and Retention, within three core markets; Independent Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts and SEND. Working within a close-knit team, you will gain broad exposure across campaigns and projects, and have the opportunity to take on responsibility early, working closely with colleagues across Sales and Marketing.

To deliver on these ambitious targets, creating competitive advantage through value led marketing and customer focused propositions both on- and off-line is crucial. To enable success within this role it is vital that the Graduate Marketing Executive becomes an integral part of the B2B Sales and Marketing Team and fully immerses themselves within the market and strives to understand our customers.
This role is part of our 2 year graduate programme, during which you will have exposure to mentoring, leadership training and support to achieve your full potential and develop into future leadership roles.

Responsibilities:
Market & Customer Insights - Gaining first-hand knowledge and insight into the B2B markets apetito serve to incorporate within the execution of marketing collateral and activities. Leading customer research and utilising insights to ensure we are serving our customers in the best way possible.
Leading Key Marketing Projects - Developing, implementing and managing key marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring that creating competitive advantage is at the very heart of everything we do. This includes acquisition campaigns to target new markets and customer retention, training and education initiatives.
Collaboration - Collaboration with apetito's wider Proposition and Marketing, Creative, Brand & Communications, and Category teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns both online and offline, across various channels.
Design & Marketing Support - Design and creation of marketing collateral and product literature with alignment to corporate identity and branding.
Events Management - Co-ordination and organising of both internal and external events and exhibitions - from designing stands, organising logistics and developing concepts that showcase our areas of competitive advantage.
Project Management - Liaising and managing relevant marketing agencies from brief to output, always ensuring the end product reflects the initial objectives and is within budget.
Success in this role will be down to a proactive individual, continually supporting the B2B Sales & Marketing team and managing multiple tasks simultaneous and effectively to help drive the business towards achieving its ambitious growth targets.
