18-month graduate trainee role

is a unique opportunity to hands-on training and experience in marketing within our Estate marketing team

The Role


As a Graduate Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of campaigns and marketing activity across the Bolesworth portfolio. This role is designed to give you broad experience across different marketing channels, while also developing your understanding of equestrian event marketing.

You will gain hands-on skills in campaign delivery, content creation, partner activation, and event support, while receiving guidance and mentoring from an experienced marketing team.

Key Responsibilities



Supporting the Bolesworth International Campaign



Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the planning and delivery of the Bolesworth Internationalmarketing campaign.

Partner & Sponsor Activation



Help deliver sponsor and partner activations across events. Support the delivery of sponsor assets such as signage, branding, and digital content. Support with the production of campaign collateral including event programmes, signage, and advertising materials. Provide on-the-ground marketing support during the event, including assisting with media, content creation, branding, and sponsor activations.

Holiday Lets Marketing



Support the promotion of luxury holiday accommodation on the estate, including digital marketing and liaison with external marketing agencies.

Venue Marketing



Support the sales team to promote Bolesworth's event venues and facilities through delivery of marketing materials

Property Marketing



Support marketing activity for estate property sales and rentals.

Event Support



Assist with marketing logistics for auctions and other events, including catalogues, websites, and on-site branding. Provide general support to ensure smooth marketing delivery at live events.

Digital & Website Support



Assist with website updates and content management. Support SEO and content optimisation activity.

Team Support



Work alongside the Marketing Manager and wider team to deliver projects on time and in budget. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and activations.

About You



We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn, with a real passion for marketing. You don't need lots of marketing experience -- this programme is about learning by doing -- but you do need energy, organisation, and a willingness to get stuck in.

Essential skills & qualities:



Recent graduate (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Proactive, willing to learn, and able to juggle multiple tasks. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Desirable:



Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as email platforms, social media scheduling tools, or website CMS such as Word Press. Experience (university, placement, or volunteering) in events, sponsorship, or marketing. Creative eye for content, photography, or design.

Salary of 24,000-25,000 per year. 18-month structured trainee programme with mentoring and training. Hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.
