We're excited to expand our Engineering division with Graduate Mechanical Engineers to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2026 intake, you would be based in Hattersley (Manchester) and work primarily on projects within the United Utilities Framework amongst our Mechanical Engineering specialists.

What will you be doing?

Working within the wider Design team you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects by providing assistance in the following:



Produce Mechanical design arrangements which are cost effective and meet the requirements of the applicable specifications. Produce clear and well-presented reports, specifications, and other engineering documentation. Prepare design risk assessments. Support the delivery of design and assessment in a multi-discipline environment. Monitor design costs and provide design services appropriate to the allowance available. Maintain files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
