Metricell is on a mission to revolutionise connectivity. We partner with telecommunications companies to design, deliver and manage wireless communication networks, all with a shared goal of achieving flawless network experiences.
For nearly twenty years, we have been at the forefront of network connectivity, providing innovative solutions that empower governments, network operators, and blue-chip businesses worldwide to become 'better connected'. More recently, we have pioneered the use of Artificial Intelligence to develop and enhance our tools.
About the role:
Are you looking to kickstart your career in mobile communications with a role that combines cutting-edge technology, hands-on learning and the chance to travel across the UK?
We're looking for a hardworking and motivated Graduate Mobile Communications Engineer who is ready to roll up their sleeves, solve problems and gain unrivalled industry experience in both the field and office environments to help test and measure mobile network connectivity across the UK.
This is not your typical desk job! One day you could be testing mobile coverage in city centres, the next you might be travelling to a rural area for a festival or driving along pre-planned routes with state-of-the-art equipment. This work is highly customer-driven so you'll need to be flexible and open to change. Some unsociable hours may occasionally be necessary with night shifts and weekends depending on project requirements, and when not out in the field, you'll be based at our Horsham Office to analyse results and plan test activities. If you've got the can-do attitude we're looking for, you'll be supported with full training, mentorship and the opportunity to build a career in a fast-moving and high-demand industry.
You will have the opportunity to move across customer projects and gain experience and expertise across different radio planning, optimisation and performance monitoring projects. You will gain mobile communications network management experience with technology transfer and guidance working with our skilled engineering and IT teams. You will work with our latest technology cloud solutions, which manage high-capacity live 4G5G networks across the UK and overseas countries.
Why Metricell?
At Metricell, we create an environment where people feel empowered to do meaningful work that makes a real impact. From helping to improve mobile connectivity in rural areas to delivering cutting-edge solutions to global clients, the work we do is both purposeful and rewarding.

Our people describe a relaxed yet results-driven atmosphere where curiosity and continuous learning are actively encouraged. You'll be part of a team that values innovation, takes pride in progress, and is committed to growing together.
We're proud to play an active role in both our industry and our community. From charity partnerships to supporting local education through work placements, we believe in making a positive difference beyond the workplace. At Metricell, Better Connected means creating strong links between our people, our customers, and the wider world around us.
