We are now looking for a newly qualified

Graduate MSK Practitioner

(Physiotherapist, Sports Therapist, or Sports Rehabilitator) to join our passionate and forward-thinking team in a truly unique role that blends patient care with meaningful, public-facing content creation.

Role Overview



This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified practitioner to begin your MSK career with structure, support, and purpose. You'll deliver high-quality patient care while also helping inform and empower our local community through engaging, educational content.

The role includes:



Clinical caseload (approx. 3.5 days/week) Content creation time (approx. 0.5 day/week) Graduate training (1 day/week) as part of a structured six-month program with online and in-person teaching, led by an experienced MSK tutor.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Role (3.5 days/week)



As a key member of the clinical team, you will:

Assess and treat a wide range of MSK conditions under appropriate supervision and mentorship. Create and implement individualised, evidence-informed treatment plans. Deliver manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide holistic patient care. Maintain clear and accurate clinical records.

Content Creation (0.5 day/week)

Help extend our impact beyond the clinic by:

Creating easy-to-understand content for social media, newsletters, and blogs. Promoting our brand and building our reputation as a trusted MSK resource. Supporting public-facing campaigns, health events, and community engagement initiatives.

Graduate Training Program (1 day/week)

Our six-month graduate program helps you transition confidently into MSK practice:

Blended Learning Structure:

Combines interactive online learning with in-person teaching.

Dedicated MSK Tutor:

Learn directly from an experienced MSK clinician offering structured mentorship and clinical support.

Practical Focus:

Real-life case discussions, clinical reasoning development, and peer learning.

Professional Portfolio:

Build a clear record of your progress and learning journey.

Ongoing CPD:

Monthly workshops and access to regular supervision and coaching.

Key Requirements - What We're Looking For:



A BSc (Hons) or MSc (pre-reg) in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Sports Rehabilitation Eligible for HCPC, BASRaT, or SST registration (or currently registered) Full (or pending) professional membership with CSP, BASRaT, or SST Must have the right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer sponsorship Undergraduate experience in an MSK setting with evidence of clinical excellence Passionate about learning, with a commitment to completing our internal graduate program Organised, self-motivated, and able to plan and manage projects Confident team player with prior experience in healthcare, fitness, or wellbeing settings Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills, including use of Google Workspace and clinic software Able to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively across digital, social, and in-person platforms Commercially aware with good time management and a drive to innovate MSK service delivery Committed to best practice, professional standards, and clinical governance (including policy, HCPC/BASRaT/SST guidance) Bonus: Additional training in MSK skills such as manual therapy, acupuncture, or exercise therapy
