Salary: 28,850 once deployed , rising to 31,500 after 12 months

Since 1999, we have been delivering end-to-end solutions across Digital Delivery, Development, and Technology. We're currently recruiting for Graduate Network Automation Developers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build on the skills and experience you've gained through your university degree, internships, or self-learning. You'll begin with a fully remote, fast-track, and fully paid 8-9 week training programme, followed by being deployed on project working with one of our customers, a leading UK Telecommunications provider. You'll build strong foundations in network automation and consulting, with training modules in:
Python
Linux
Jira/Atlassian
Networking
Containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
GCP
Databases
Our programme is designed to build your confidence and elevate your skills. You'll also receive ongoing mentoring, professional development planning, and support throughout your deployment.
What we're looking for
A strong passion for networking, automation, and modern software development
Background in computer science, software engineering, or networking disciplines
Strong Python, experience in automation frameworks, and cloud technologies
An inquisitive mindset and a desire to solve problems
The ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and collaborate effectively
Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach
Salary & Benefits
Paid from Day 1 of training
28,850 on your first client placement, rising to 31,500 after 12 months
22 days' holiday plus eight bank holidays, with an extra day added for each year you work with us
