About the Role

As a Graduate Operations Associate, you'll rotate across core functions and gain exposure to:


Supporting global

logistics and supply chain

projects. Using

data and automation

to drive operational efficiencies. Tracking and reporting

KPIs and performance metrics

. Partnering with teams across finance, product, and customer operations. Assisting in

strategic transformation projects

that impact the entire business.

What We're Looking For

A recent graduate (any discipline, business/analytics preferred). Strong analytical skills and confidence with tools like Excel or PowerBI. Great communicator and team player, with the ability to influence. Curious about how

automation and AI

are transforming operations. Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to take ownership early in your career.
