Program Details

We have an exciting 18-month program lined up for you which will offer a great understanding of the various areas of our business, 6 months will be spent 3 key areas; Client Service Delivery / Project Management/ Operations. The order of these rotations may vary.

Project Management

: You'll be involved in creating solutions for new customers and continuous improvement projects.

Operations:

Gain valuable insights, hands-on experience and development in logistics planning.

Client Service Delivery

: Delve into all aspects of the function within our Service Delivery teams- You'll understand customer needs and the commercial aspects of our clients.

Development and ongoing Training:

As well as learning from our incredible team, you will undergo development training and complete internal courses that will prepare you for your first leadership role.

Your profile

Degree: To have graduated with a degree in the last 5 years. Genuine interest in Project Management; Supply Chain or Customer Service Delivery. Have driving license and own vehicle (essential)
