Full-time | East London | Hands-on Role with CEO

We are a manufacturing business on the edge of East London, with over 25 years of innovation and a proud history of delivering high-quality products. As we look to the future, we are seeking a recent graduate who is ambitious, hands-on, and eager to grow into a leadership role.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, gaining rare insight into both the operational and strategic sides of running a successful manufacturing company.

What you'll do:

o Work closely with the CEO to support and develop our production processes

o Gain practical, hands-on experience across all aspects of manufacturing

o Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity

o Take on projects that require initiative and problem-solving skills

o Prepare to step into a supervisory role, with the long-term goal of managing people and teams

o Occasionally work outside normal hours when projects demand it (we work until the job is done)

What we're looking for:

A recent graduate (engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field preferred but not essential)
o Practical, hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to learn quickly

o A natural communicator who wants to grow into a leadership position

o Resilient and prepared to work hard to achieve big goals
