This graduate programme role sits within the Business Transformation and Systems Development team which plays a key role in driving the development of technology platforms. The team analyses business operations, identifies areas for improvement and assists in implementing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. Function members collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support the development and integration of systems, and contribute to change management efforts. In addition, the team collaborates on establishing and maintaining IT governance and controls to ensure compliance, mitigate risks and promote best practices. This opportunity would suit someone who is interested in a career in change, project management or business analysis.
