Today, after 40 years in business, we are one of London and Dublin's most innovative and dynamic property developers, having completed more than 7,000 homes in the UK and Ireland in the past five years. About the role

As a graduate on our Programme, you will have extensive exposure and hands-on opportunities throughout our business, from acquisitions and appraisals to planning and development, to pre-construction, design and on-site construction management.


You will have a dedicated mentor to guide you throughout your time as a graduate as well as a two-year structured training to meet your professional development needs as we support you to achieve MCIOB chartership.

You'll be graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant CIOB accredited subject You'll be looking to start work in September 2026 Want to inspire us, speaking up about any new ideas you have You'll want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues Have an ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively Are passionate with the curiosity and creativity to solve problems
