This opportunity will be predominantly within the IT Service Delivery Team, but the role-holder will also spend some time with our IT Governance Risks and Controls and Project Management teams on a rotational basis.
Whilst in the IT Service Delivery team (where the majority of the time will be spent) the successful candidate will offer support and technical assistance to customers who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to their computers.
