What you will be doing:
Are you a University of Bradford 2025 graduate passionate about supporting graduates in their transition from university to employment?
As part of Careers and Employability Services, you will deliver high-quality, tailored support to recent graduates of the University. Working with the Graduate Progression Consultant and wider team, you will provide one-to-one and group-based information, and outreach services (in-person/online) to help graduates navigate the job market and achieve their career goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering bespoke communications and job search support to a caseload of recent graduates.
Maintaining accurate records and tracking databases to monitor graduate progression.
Promoting graduate employment opportunities and success stories via email and social media.
Supporting the delivery of the annual Graduate Destination Survey and HESA Graduate Outcomes Survey.
Qualifications/ experience:
A University of Bradford 2025 graduate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Familiarity with career and employability services and the graduate transition journey.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
