- Monitor health and safety of workforce
- Allocate labour resources onsite in line with programme of works
- Competent understanding of product to allow QA reviews of work of fixers to be undertaken
- Understanding of allocation labour resources across multiple jobs
- Attend meetings and liaise with main contractors
- Be able to set-out out curtain wall framing to grid and datums
- Gain a full understanding of construction drawings
- Increased understanding of site health & safety and what is required of supervisors
- Be able to QA assess own work

- Full responsibility to deliver projects on time, on budget and to specification
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with CAD and construction management software such as Microsoft project.
Knowledge of project scheduling principles and experience with schematics and technical drawings.
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
