The Anglian Water @one Alliance is a totally collaborative organisation made up of nine partner companies (Anglian Water, SWECO, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, and Skanska) and an extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme.
We are gearing up for our most exciting and challenging Asset Management Period yet, known as AMP8, this will see us deliver a programme of work larger than we've ever delivered before. About the Role:

We are looking for a
Graduate Project Manager
to join our team working on major water and environmental projects as part of long-term capital investment programmes in AMP8. You'll gain hands-on experience managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that make a real difference to people and the planet.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
Assist in managing project scope, schedule, risks, costs, and resources
Monitor project progress and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases
Attend site visits, design reviews, and construction meetings to gain end-to-end project insight
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Interest in infrastructure, sustainability, and the water industry
Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
