RPS, Tetra Tech are looking to appoint

Graduate Project Managers

based at our

Derby, Sheffield

, and

Warrington offices

to support our Project Managers and PMO across the Wastewater Consulting team in particular on our Yorkshire, and United Utilities frameworks


About The Team:




RPS Water Consulting is a team of Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts providing Asset Management and Operational Strategy development, to our Water Industry clients to support business planning and delivery. This is an evolving industry, providing challenges and opportunities that require innovation, dedication, and teamwork to help us meet our clients' needs.


Our Water Consultancy business has a range of prestigious AMP8 programmes leading into AMP9 and beyond, where you'll be securing your career for the next 20 years, leaving a lasting legacy!


About You:




As a key member of the Water Consultancy business, your role as

Graduate Project Manager

is critical to helping us deliver great projects for our Water Industry clients. You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of water project experts on a range of capital delivery projects.


You will have a substantial opportunity to contribute towards the successful execution of a wide range of projects across various frameworks. Our scope of work encompasses a wide range of technically demanding projects in the field of Wastewater Infrastructure which requires excellent project management support to facilitate delivery.

Your Responsibilities:




Project Finance


Monthly invoicing Project budget reviews Review of costs vs completion across projects Aged debt Project cost forecasting

Project Governance


Assisting with proposal governance document requirements Ensuring project compliance with our integrated management system

Project Administration


Project Set ups Project maintenance Setting up meetings to facilitate update of monthly reporting.

Programme


Creation and updating of project programmes

Reporting


Creating and updating internal and external progress reports Collecting, maintaining, and updating databases with accurate project information

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:




Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills Problem solving attitude Excellent use of MS365 applications, specifically Excel Desirable experience with PowerApps and PowerBI

Qualifications:




Preferably degree qualified in a relevant subject.
