Job Description

To work as part of the existing property management team assisting in the day to day management of all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of residential property in Liverpool. Graduate of suitable course or experience gained in a previous role would be useful

The successful candidate will have



Has an interest in the property industry The ability to work in a team and on individual tasks to completion The qualifications or experience to solve problems and ability to adapt to learn new skills Excellent customer service skills Is articulate and able to complete task to achieve targets and goals Good communicator
Good understanding of Microsoft, excel packages

Role Summary



Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;

Scheduling appointment, carrying of viewing of accommodation Preparing and completing tenancy renewals Carrying out property periodic property inspections to maintain a high standard of accommodation in terms of structure and fixtures and fittings with the use of digital property inventories Liaising with Tenants, in house and third party contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely manner and completed to a excellent standard with compliance to relevant standards Dealing with daily weekly and periodic responsibilities with respect to statutory legislation. Presentation of accommodation for letting and advertisement Dealing with deposit protection and release..

The role would be diverse and would suit a candidate with a eye for detail and the ability to see all tasks through to completion.

The candidate would suit a Graduate for Estate Management Course and or benefit from 2 to 3 years plus experience within a property management role and may come from a surveying, estate agent and construction back ground. Where gaps in the candidates knowledge exist training and support will be offered.

Pay: 22,000.00-28,000.00 per year
