Key Responsibilities




Property & Tenant Management

Act as a point of contact for tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally. Support in coordinating tenant communications, including notices, updates, and renewals. Assist in managing day-to-day operations across HMOs, flats, and offices.


Maintenance & Compliance

Help schedule and track property maintenance, inspections, and safety checks. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and works. Support compliance with property regulations and licensing requirements, particularly for HMOs.


Administration & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for property management activities. Assist in preparing reports, lease agreements, and documentation. Keep safety certificates, inspections, and compliance documents up to date.


Financial Support

Assist in processing invoices, rent payments, and other property-related financial tasks. Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.


Skills & Qualifications

Recent graduate (Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred, but open to all disciplines). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to learn property management systems and compliance processes. Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of property regulations or HMO licensing is beneficial but not essential (training will be provided).
