About the Role



We are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who shares our approach, valuing craftsmanship and attention to detail as much as commercial outcomes.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the financial and contractual management of our projects, from early cost planning through to final account. You will work closely with clients, architects, site managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered with clarity, fairness and value, while gaining hands-on experience and professional development.

As a small company you would be a key member of the team, and take a flexible, hands on approach to the projects.

What We Are Looking For



A degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline Interest in building, fit-out or fabrication projects, with some academic or placement experience desirable Confidence using computers, especially spreadsheets; familiarity with project software is a bonus Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well in a team Willingness to learn how to interpret drawings, specifications and contracts An understanding (or eagerness to learn) of the relationships between architects, clients, contractors and suppliers Interest in developing knowledge of contracts, procurement, estimating and project accounting A proactive attitude, with curiosity about risk, safety, logistics and how projects come together on site
