We currently have a vacancy for a

Graduate Quantity Surveyor

to join our thriving construction consultancy.

Box Associates

offers Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration services, primarily in the super prime residential market as well as hospitality & student accommodation. Most of our projects are in Central London & the Home Counties, as well as some European locations including Spain, Portugal & France. Established in 2007, we have achieved steady growth, building an enviable reputation in the industry for achieving the highest levels of service coupled with a business based on recommendation and client retention.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be working on high-end residential, hotel, restaurant and leisure projects located in London with a value of 4M to 20M.

You will be involved managing projects at the early inception feasibility stage, through the design development stages, procurement, construction execution and project handover.

All Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative and work as part of a team.

Applicants need to clearly demonstrate that they have a degree level or appropriate Professional Qualification in one of the below disciplines:
