Control and Performance Monitoring Team

Graduate Control Room & Performance Analyst

, you'll help manage and optimise over

1.2 GW

of flexible generation and battery energy storage assets.

What You'll Do

Monitor energy assets in real-time using SCADA and CCTV systems Respond to alarms and coordinate resolution with engineers and field teams Assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment faults remotely Analyse performance data to identify trends, issues, and optimisation opportunities Support the generation of operational reports for management and clients Maintain accurate logs and data in our digital systems (CMMS) Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders during incidents and planned work Contribute to operational improvement initiatives across the portfolio Participate in structured training and development programmes

What We're Looking For

A recent graduate (any discipline considered - STEM or energy-related degrees a bonus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach An interest in renewable energy and technology Comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends Right to work in the UK (required)
