Graduate Renewable Energy Design Engineer (Solar PV, Battery & Heat Pumps)

Location:

Cornwall & Devon (site visits generally within 1 hour of the office)

Salary:

30,000 - 36,000 per annum (DOE - Depending on experience), plus training and structured progression

Hours:

40 hours per week, with part working from home / flexitime available

Reco Energy is a growing renewable energy company based in Cornwall, installing

solar PV, battery storage, and heat pump systems

across the South West. We are seeking a

Graduate Renewable Energy Design Engineer

to join our team.

Role Overview

You'll support the design and delivery of renewable energy projects, including:

Designing

solar PV, battery storage, and heat pump systems

using custom built and industry leading software Carrying out site surveys Producing system layouts, calculations, and technical drawings. Supporting project delivery with accurate technical documentation.

Candidate Profile

Degree in

Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering

. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Enthusiastic about renewable energy and the transition to net zero. Good communication and teamwork skills. Full UK driving licence preferred.
