Growth Associate - MedTech Start-Up

Hybrid, Shoreditch/Farringdon (1-2 days a week in the office)

We're a growing healthcare technology business in London, developing innovative diagnostic solutions for pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers. We're looking for a Growth Associate to join the team - someone ambitious, driven and ready to make a real impact in the healthcare space.

This role covers three main areas: sales, marketing and growth. You'll be speaking with new and existing clients, managing relationships, helping us develop our brand presence, and working on projects to drive the business forward. It's a hands-on role, varied and fast-paced.

We're particularly interested in someone with a strong academic background - a 2:1 or above from a top university - who has also demonstrated excellence outside of work, whether in sport, education, or another field where you've pushed yourself to achieve at a high level.

What the role involves

Selling our diagnostic solutions to pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers Running marketing activity - social media, email campaigns and other channels - to build brand presence Driving growth through new initiatives, testing ideas and scaling what works Managing and growing accounts, building long-term partnerships Working closely with the founders and wider team on all areas of business growth

What we're looking for

Ambitious, energetic and comfortable in a start-up environment Strong academic record: 2:1 or above from a top university Evidence of excellence - whether in sport, education, or another area where you've achieved at a high level Confident communicator who can build relationships quickly Sales mindset with the ability to adapt and think creatively about growth
