Business Development team

plays a vital role in growing our client base, building lasting relationships, and ensuring Eddisons continues to expand.

Reporting to the

Business Development Director

, this role offers a broad mix of sales and client-facing experiences, designed to develop your career in business development while supporting the company's growth.

You'll be involved in managing incoming enquiries, researching potential clients, and reaching out through calls, emails, and social media. You'll also have the opportunity to attend trade shows and networking events.

Your Role



You will focus on:

Proactively and reactively building new business opportunities for Eddisons Researching and identifying prospective clients Learning from and working alongside the wider Business Development team to strengthen your knowledge of our services and confidently engage with potential clients
Key responsibilities include:

Responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally Conducting research to identify new prospects Reaching out to clients via phone, email, and social media, and nurturing those relationships into long-term partnerships Spotting opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients Shadowing colleagues to develop skills and gain a deeper understanding of how our business development function works Representing Eddisons at industry events and exhibitions (occasional overnight stays may be required)

Pay: 24,420.00-25,000.00 per year
