The Role
As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you'll be learning the ropes in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You'll be trained to:
Learn and understand the company's products, services, and market positioning to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
Assist senior sales staff in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain hands-on sales experience.
Support the preparation of sales proposals, reports, and client communications.
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently address customer queries and objections.
Gain exposure to CRM systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product) to support sales campaigns.
Work towards personal sales targets under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Attend training sessions and workshops to build sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to contribute ideas for business growth.
