Graduate Site Engineer - 2025 Development Programme - London

Our team are looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join them in London working on a large infrastructure project.



What you'll do:

Plan and produce methodologies for mobilising and setting up sections of work Utilise surveying skills to set out details for construction Work with subcontractors to ensure the timely preparation and implementation of Risk Assessments & Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, Permits & Consents Site coordination and logistical planning to enable works to be carried out safely Identify the needs for temporary works and completing temporary work designs working with the temporary works team Maintain a high standard of Quality Control and Quality Assurance records, including managing Non-Conformance Reports and Early Warning Notices Produce accurate and detailed daily diaries for your work areas Work collaboratively with enabling teams, for example in Traffic Management, Earthworks, Utilities and Community Relations Complete environmental risk assessments for works and assist in managing works activities in an ecologically sensitive manner


What you'll bring to the role:

You are in your final year of achieving an ICE accredited degree in Civil Engineering, or have recently graduated Enthusiastic about learning, personal and professional growth Able to take information from drawings to implement efficient planning services to the business Able to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences You have a strong interest in innovation, sustainability and making a positive impact You work collaboratively towards shared goals and targets You are motivated to work in site-based environment, initially on a highway project This role requires visits to sites. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us
