Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a Graduate Site Engineer to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance.

We are looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join the frontline of project delivery, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical works on water and wastewater sites. This is a hands-on, site-based role offering exposure to major infrastructure projects, cutting-edge technologies, and the chance to build a meaningful career in a future-proof industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication
What We're Looking For:
A recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline Strong interest in site-based engineering and infrastructure delivery Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills Willingness to travel to various project sites across East Anglia Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
