Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Graduate Site Supervisor

to support the on-site management of construction or engineering projects. Under the guidance of experienced supervisors and project managers, you will help coordinate daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to the successful delivery of works according to plans, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress of works. Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project specifications. Support the implementation and enforcement of site health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to senior site managers. Assist in the coordination of labor, equipment, and materials on-site. Maintain accurate site records including daily logs, reports, and documentation. Attend site meetings and contribute to progress reporting. Support resolution of on-site issues and escalate matters when needed. Learn and apply project management tools and construction technologies under supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong interest in on-site project delivery and construction management. Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and HSE practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Willingness to work outdoors and travel to various project sites. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
