What youll do



Assist in managing and scheduling posts across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms. Create and adapt engaging content (posts, visuals, carousels, short videos, infographics) for target audiences. Monitor channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages in line with brand guidelines. Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports with insights and recommendations. Research competitor and industry trends to inform content strategy. Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging trends in B2B digital marketing.

What makes you a good fit



You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and digital channels. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and content creation. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite) is a plus. Comfortable working with analytics to measure and improve results. Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
