About The Role
If you like the thrill of the chase and closing a deal, then this Graduate Sponsorship Executive role is the job for you. Finding potential customers, building relationships, nurturing current accounts and selling the benefits of conference sponsorship, exhibitions and networking is an extremely important role in the company and is exceptionally rewarding.
From graduates to those who have worked for a few years, all levels of experience will be considered as there is full training provided, both about the job itself and about general life and business skills as we believe passionately in investing in our people. With that in mind, in your first few years with us, you will have the opportunity to learn about a whole range of different markets and subjects, from marketing and communications, to renewables and sustainability, finance, food and pharmaceuticals, HR and technology - and to liaise directly on a daily basis with leading brands such as Coca Cola, Unilever, Amazon, Tesco, British Airways, HSBC, Virgin etc etc.

What Will I Learn? Be Doing? Be Spending Most Of My Time On?
Researching and understanding new markets and buy/sell side dynamics
Sourcing and building new databases of leads and potential new clients in line with various sectors and markets
Nurturing and adding-value to existing clients and accounts
Initiating, building and managing client relationships - delighting our customers!
Being in charge of the networking room on the day and account managing clients live on the day
Upselling, cross-selling and forward selling to maximise your earnings
Inter-departmental collaboration, briefing and overall project management
Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from pre- to post-event liaison
