We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our business development team as a sustainability oriented Consultant.
The Role.
The Consultant role is an analytical, support and output focused position within the Consultancy Team at ARC Renewables, understanding, defining and analyzing the best decarbonization solutions for our clients. As a Consultant, you will be the person who will underpin the key deliverables for the team, enabling yourself and the team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
As a member of the team, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, prospecting our services, and driving growth within our client book. You will work closely with our commercial team to optimise our approach to business development and collaborate with our operations and administrative function to ensure seamless execution.
This is a unique opportunity to help our clients achieve net-zero by delivering reliable and sustainable consulting. You will report directly to the senior management team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of the business.
A solid understanding of commercial real estate and renewable energy generation technologies is required. As a Consultant, you will lead the delivery of high-quality feasibility studies and portfolio reviews.
The successful candidate must have strong client-facing skills, as Consultants are expected to confidently present their work to clients and address questions, with senior support as needed. Clear communication with senior staff is essential to ensure ideas are effectively conveyed. A strong team ethic and strong time management is key to meeting client deadlines while maintaining the required level of detail and quality.
Key responsibilities, to include:
Conducting outreach to potential clients via email and telephone.
Managing and achieving personal/team sales targets and KPIs.
Working with our commercial team to optimize our approach to business development.
Collaborating with our operations and administrative function to ensure seamless execution.
Contributing to the development of our product/service offerings around energy and Net Zero.
Requirements for the Role. Essential.
A degree in engineering, maths, science, energy, environmental science, or a related field.
You will receive a base salary of 25k with realistic OTE of 35k in your first year.
