Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities




Provide excellent 1st line IT Support for UK office, escalate to our IT support partner if required. Fault finding and follow up resolution of faults with external support company if unable to resolve in house. Managing the life-cycle of incidents and requests, escalating them as appropriate and closing them when the user is satisfied with the outcome. Maintaining and supporting (in conjunction with support company) desktops, laptops, cloud based applications, printers and any other IT software. Ensure testing of new user set ups is vigorous and complete prior to new starter arrivals Learn Deluge scripting so you can help write automations within our Zoho CRM system Help produce specification documents and test plans to ensure requirements are understood and tested fully prior to release in to the live system Testing solutions in controlled, real life situations prior to putting live Keep detailed, updating as necessary, training manuals for users and sharing development code with colleagues Ensure the leavers process and account deactivation is run as per current process Provide technical input in meetings and help teams understand technical solutions Weekly system backups Upload exam data and classroom attendance to CRM Monthly system tasks to support UK and APAC CRM's Any other ad hoc duties as required within the team

Technical Skills and Experience




Experience working in a similar support role would be an advantage but not essential Good working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications and Microsoft 365 Knowledge and experience of Zoho CRM would be an advantage but not essential

Job Type: Full Time ideally Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 or would consider Part-time. The role is office based in Hove.


Salary: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year, subject to experience, Pro rata for part time.


Expected start date: August 2025
