What You Can Expect from Our Training
Comprehensive Professional Development:
Our training combines hands-on classroom experience with structured seminars, workshops and coaching sessions. You'll learn everything from curriculum planning and assessment to behaviour management, safeguarding and differentiation.
Personal Mentorship:
You'll be paired with an experienced teacher who will guide you throughout your entire training year. This mentor will support your lesson planning, observe your teaching, and help you reflect on your practice to ensure continuous progression.
