Programme Breakdown
Year 1 - Classroom Experience as a Cover Supervisor
Your first year focuses on building confidence and understanding how schools work.

• Lead lessons during teacher absence
• Support students with learning tasks
• Develop strong classroom management skills
• Work alongside a range of subject specialists
• Fully immerse yourself in the daily life of a school

Year 2 - Train to Teach (PGCE + QTS)
With solid experience behind you, you will step into a trainee teacher role.

• Teach your own classes with guidance from expert mentors
• Plan, deliver and assess lessons
• Complete a fully funded PGCE
• Work towards achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
