Ideal Candidate:

A recent graduate (any discipline considered) Minimum of Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths A strong interest in education and working with children A committed, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to learning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A desire to train and grow into a fully qualified primary teacher
