We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Graduate Teacher Training Programme, designed to provide hands-on classroom experience and full support as you work towards a future teaching career.About the Graduate Teacher RoleAs a Graduate Teacher, you will:Work across secondary classrooms, supporting lessons and learningLead small groups or deliver pre-planned activities under teacher guidanceBuild confidence managing behaviour and engaging pupils in learningGain experience across different departments before specialisingWork closely with experienced teachers and mentors who will support your developmentAbout the Tradewind Graduate ProgrammeOur structured programme is designed to help you transition from graduate to confident classroom practitioner.
