About the Role:

Support pupils across Secondary subjects - placements tailored to your strengths and interests Assist class teachers with planning, delivery, and behaviour management Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils with academic and emotional development Gain first-hand experience of life in the classroom and school environment Take on increasing responsibility to prepare for a future in teaching

Who We're Looking For:

Recent or soon-to-be graduates (all degree subjects welcome) Passionate about education and working with young people Considering a future in teaching or educational psychology Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn Any experience working with children (formal or informal) is a bonus - but not essential
