The Role

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialist education setting, particularly if you're considering a future career in teaching, psychology, speech and language therapy, or SEN support.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with autism and complex learning needs in classroom, small group, and 1:1 settings Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using consistent strategies Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual pupil needs

What We're Looking For

A degree in education, psychology, or a related field (or currently studying) Experience working with children or young people, ideally with SEND A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil well-being
