Graduate Teaching Opportunities - Hastings & Surrounding Areas

Are you a recent graduate looking to begin your career in education? Pink Tile Education is working closely with schools across Hastings and nearby areas to offer fantastic opportunities for motivated graduates to gain hands-on classroom experience.


The Role



As a Graduate Teacher, you'll play a key part in supporting pupils and teachers alike. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:


Working with students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to boost learning outcomes Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation Helping to maintain a calm, encouraging and inclusive classroom environment Offering pastoral support to help students build resilience, self-belief and independence

What We're Looking For



You don't need prior classroom experience--just the drive to make a real impact in education. We are keen to hear from graduates who:


Hold a genuine interest in working with young people Bring enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude to the classroom Already have a DBS registered on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for one Are reliable, proactive, and committed to professional growth
