The Opportunity

BearingPoint is expanding its footprint in the Microsoft ecosystem, and we're looking for a bright, motivated Graduate Technical Analyst to join our newly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in consulting and technology with a global firm that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.

What you'll do:



Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and deliver Microsoft-based solutions. Support the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft Co-Pilot Collaborate with experienced consultants and developers on real-world projects. Participate in workshops, training, and certifications to build your technical and consulting skills. Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape the future of our Microsoft practice.

Skills required:



A recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data or a related field. We're looking for individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving Ideally you will have experience in a business environment e.g. professional internship or a placement within industry or consulting You should be able to think in a structured and logical manner, and have a highly numerate and inquisitive mindset Ideally you are creative, a confident listener and good communicator with an open perspective Familiarity with Microsoft tools or platforms is a plus but not required. A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
